Under 15's Blue v Larkhall

The under 15's blue put in one of there best performances on a hot Wednesday evening against Larkhall.

Melksham dominated from the start and were quick out of the blocks with a goal from George on 10 minutes. Jack Kelly then ended his barren spell with a deflected shot on 13 minutes followed by jonathan scoring the 3rd on 15 minutes knocking in a rebound when the keeper failed to

hold a shot from Paul.

Joe and Simon dominated the middle and were threading the ball wide to Matty and Jonathan as Melksham surged forward. George scored twice more on 25 and 27 minutes to complete his hat trick, one with his head, looping the ball over the on rushing goalie. larkhall pushed forward and Chris Day pulled a goal back on 37 minutes nipping in between the defence and goalie. The extra pace introduced by Larkhall caused the defence a few problems but , Sam, Simon, Jack, ben and Tom were dealt with this and brought the ball out to create further attacks.

The 2nd half saw Larkahll push forward and come more into the game, there were further chances from Jack Ewer, Paul and Matty before george notched up his 4th on 60 minutes. Paul finally got on the score sheet on 61 and 64 minutes which his performance merited. Jonathan finished off the scoring with a great goal, beating 3 players onece and then doing it again and then fired it into the top left hand corner. larkhall never gave up and scored a tremendous free kick from 25 - 30 yards into the top left or peters goal by Joe Pilgrim. A good team performance with Chippenham toen game around the corner.
