Under 15 Blues v Warminster Highbury

This was the Blues final game of the season with 3rd place Melksham taking on 2nd Place Warminster Highbury.

This was to turn out to be a battling performance for the Blues who went down 5-1 to this team earlier in the season.  Warminster took the lead after 10 minutes after a fine save from Pete and Warminster followed up. Melksham had there chances to draw level in the first half but could not find the net. The second half saw Warminster on the attack and had a couple of chances to extend there lead but Melksham battled and stayed in with a shout to the last. Pete played with a injured hip in the second half and made some fine saves. Paul was a constant threat to Warminster with his surging runs. Well done lads a fine performance which we can build on for next season.
