Under 15 Blue in seventh heaven

The Under 15 blues continued their good early season form with an impressive win over a spirited Larkhall team.

After a early scare and a last ditch tackle by Simon, Melksham took the lead on 10 Minutes when Matty Birds shot was deflected in after a good move on the left.

With Smon and Joe beginning to control the centre of the park Melksham pushed on with 2 further goals before half time from Paul Cuthbertson on 19 and 36 minutes, running on to through balls from Simon and George.

The second half started with larkhall getting more into the game and were rewarded with a goal on 53 minutes. 
Melksham got back into their stride and some fine interchange play lead to a goal for George Harding on 58 minutes and Paul completing his Hat trick on 68.

Jonathan Cox Hit the bar twice from corners in each half and Paul hit the Post before George Harding completed his hat trick on 63  and 70 minutes. A good all round team performance, with the defence staying firm against a quick forward line and midfield being lead by Simon in the middle. One black note on the day with the team picking up it's first yellow card and a injury to Simon in Defence.
