Melksham Town Under 13's continued their early season form with a second league win over Swindon Spitfires.
Melksham were early into their stride with Ashley Berry causing the defence problems with her runs down the right, with two shots going close. There were also two close range efforts which went wide early on from Holly and Tash before the first goal scored by Holly.
The defence were coping well with Abbie being only forced to make one save. After numerous corners corners Melksham got their second straight from a Mary Wallington Corner, with a deflection past the keeper.
The second half started with Ash getting a deserved goal cutting into the middle and hitting a powerful shot into the top corner.
Abbie was forced into a crucial save at the spitfires players feet to keep a clean sheet. Holly wrapped up the 4-0 win with a second of the afternoon after a well constructed goal.
Well done girls but we know you can play better.
