U13 Girls Cup Final Squad
This was a pulsating cup final which had everybody on the edge of there seats.
Melksham had the early pressure and dominated the first 10 minutes which resulted in a own goal from a corner from Ash, Melksham nearly made it 2 with a shot from Tash. Trowbridge began to find there feet and forces Abi into 2 fine saves. Trowbridge drew level with a fine shot which Abi had no chance. This gave them more confidence and pushed on with Melksham catching them on the break. Chantelle forced a great save from Abi but Trowbridge scored on the rebound.
Melksham pushed on and eventually got the equaliser in the last minute of full time when Tash slotted home to push the game into extra time.
Both teams had chances to clinch the game but the game went into Penalties which Trowbridge won 1-0.
Well done girls you gave it 110%, you can be very proud of yourselves for what you have accomplished again this season.
