MTYFC Girls U13's v Trowbridge Town
After two warm up victories preseason, the girls started the league campaign on Saturday 15 September away at Trowbridge Town.
A squad of ten was in attendance for the seven-a-side fixture. A bright start saw both teams in end to end action. Melksham were soon into their stride with goals on 4, 12 and 19 minutes all from Natasha Parks with no reply.
Half time drinks and on with the action. Melksham again had more attacking play and Holly Provis shot home on 35 minutes. The final score was Trowbridge Town 0-4 Melksham Town. A solid team performance for the first game of the season. Well done everyone!
